How fast do changes reach parents?

Usually within five minutes of you saving the change in your calendar.

Who can see the dashboard?

Only the staff you add by email. They sign in with a link, no passwords. Parents see their kid's teams, never the dashboard.

What does it cost parents?

Nothing for your school's teams. If a family also adds club teams, that part is their own subscription.

What if our calendar link changes?

Paste the new one in your dashboard settings. Families keep their teams and never notice.
