SportSlate is a schedule app for families. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

One account per adult; a family can have several adults. You're responsible for keeping your password private and for what's done with your login. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Free trial and subscriptions

Every new family gets 21 days free, no payment details needed. After that, SportSlate costs $29.99 per year (founding price, kept for as long as you stay subscribed) or $4.99 per month. One subscription covers every adult on the family. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Where you subscribed is where you manage it: Apple subscriptions are cancelled in your iPhone's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; Google Play subscriptions in the Play Store app → Payments & subscriptions; web subscriptions from the link in your receipt email or by emailing support@sportslate.app. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds for Apple and Google purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies; for web purchases, email us within 14 days of a charge.

What SportSlate does, and doesn't

SportSlate reads the calendar links you give it and shows you what's in them. The schedules themselves come from your teams' apps and websites — we don't control them, and a coach's change can take up to 30 minutes to appear. Conflict flags, drive times and leave-by times are estimates to help you plan, not guarantees. Always confirm with the team app before you act on something important.

Your data

See our Privacy policy. The short version: we store your calendar links, the events in them, your kids' first names and the adults' emails, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising. Delete your account any time from Manage → Settings, and your family's data goes with it when the last adult leaves. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription — cancel that first.

Fair use

Don't use SportSlate to collect other people's schedules without their knowledge, resell access, or try to break it. We can suspend accounts that do.
