Finding your team's calendar link

Phone Calendar (iPhone)If the team is already in your phone's Calendar app: Calendar → Calendars → tap (i) next to the team → press and hold the Subscription URL → Copy.
TeamSnapgo.teamsnap.com (in Safari, not the app) → pick the team → Settings → Sync Calendar / Export → copy the full calendar link, not games only. SportSlate filters games itself and needs the practices to catch conflicts.
TeamSnap OneOpen the team → Schedule → sync / subscribe → copy the link (it contains calendar-api.teamsnap.com).
GameChangerOpen the team in the app → gear icon → Schedule Sync → Copy Calendar Link (not the Apple/Google sync options).
PlayMetricsApp → Calendar → Sync Calendar → copy the link.
SportsEngineOn the web: sign in at sportsengine.com → Schedule tab → Sync Schedule (top right) → Other Calendar → Copy. In the app: pick the team → Schedule → Subscribe (bottom left) → choose "other" / copy the link.
LeagueAppsOn your league's website: Dashboard → My Schedule → Subscribe to Calendar → Copy Link. In the LeagueApps Play app: profile icon (top right) → Members → tap the player → Subscribe to user calendar → Copy Link.
TeamLinktIn the app: Events tab → the ⋯ menu (top right) → Subscribe to Calendar → choose iCal → copy. On the web: pick the team → Schedules → Subscribe → iCal.
HejaOpen Schedule → the icon in the top right → Copy calendar link. (Heja only offers this on Heja Plus.)
School or league websitesLook for "Subscribe," "iCal," or a calendar icon on the athletics schedule page. Any link ending in .ics or starting with webcal:// works.

No link at all? In Manage → Schedules, choose Screenshot or PDF and snap the schedule (or pick the PDF the coach emailed), or Type it in.

Common questions

How do I put it on my phone?Get the app: App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Sign in with the same email and password you use on the web.
How do I share with grandparents?Tap Share schedule. Pick a kid (or all), home games or everything, and send the live link. They don't need an account. You can also send it as plain text.
How do I get the schedule into my own calendar?Share schedule → Add to a calendar. It's a subscription, so it stays current.
What counts as a conflict? Two events for the same kid that overlap, or a turnaround shorter than the drive between the two venues. Across kids, it's flagged when the same driver has both. All-day tournaments get a "check times" note.
The Sunday emailManage → Adults → Sunday email. Each login has its own switch, and every email has a one-tap unsubscribe link.
A game shows the wrong time or placeSportSlate shows exactly what the team's calendar says. Check the team app first; if it's right there and wrong here, email us the team and date and we'll look.
Deleting my accountManage → Adults → Delete my account. If you're the last adult in the family, everything goes with it.
